- Prolonged service downtime exceeding 48 hours
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Technical issues preventing access to core AI agent functionality
2. Non-Refundable Items
No refunds will be provided for:
- Voluntary cancellation after the 30-day trial period
- User dissatisfaction with AI agent performance within normal parameters
- Third-party integration failures beyond our control
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
